Does anyone need a ventilator?

Our first prototype is finished, it can control tidal volumes, peak pressures, respiratory rate, and can detect when a patient is trying to breathe to match their effort. We’re finishing up version 2, which will soon be ready for mass production/shipment. Hoping to find a couple hospital partners in need who want to demo a couple units early next week.

Initially, we wanted hospitals and DIY-types to take our designs and build vents around the country for hospitals in need, but given the complexity of the device and the necessary testing, we’ve decided to build/test them before shipping out.

Key features of the device include

  • Control tidal volume
  • Set peak pressures
  • Set Respiratory Rate
  • Breath detection for supportive breathing (machine delivers air in sync with respiratory effort)

Disclaimer: We’re also not FDA approved yet, but are working on it.
